Armond Kendrick, professionally known as “Mondo” is a super producer/ songwriter born in Decatur GA to parents Anthony & Jackie Kendrick. He started making beats and writing/recording songs at 12 years old as a hobby after being heavily inspired by his older brother & cousins who formed a Rap Group. In 2015 he produced Bankroll Fresh’s hit single “Take Over Your Trap” off his self-titled Album (Bankroll Fresh) which featured 2 Chainz and Skooly. His career then catapulted to new heights as he began to collaborate with some of HipHop/Rap’s most prominent artists/producers in the music industry such as 2 Chainz, Future, Kodak Black, Manny Fresh, NBA YoungBoy, etc.
Before his entry into the music industry Mondo briefly attended Fort Valley State University as a business major but ultimately decided to leave the HBCU to pursue his dreams. Today, he’s considered to be a household name for his music production and has consistently proven time again why he is one of the best producers in the game!
