Just Rich Gates is a man on a mission. It feels like every other week he has either a new mixtape, single, or album for us. One of Rich’s latest releases is the 16-track mixtape Rixh Hearted. A track that I absolutely love off the project is “How Dats Ur Man” with Orlando, Florida’s Bad Azz Becky and Bronx, New York’s Prospect Penz.
“How Dats Ur Man” is trap music excellence. For starters, I absolutely love the grungy/club-ready beat that powers the song. Additionally, I f**k with both the catchy-ass hook and ballerific/trill/playa-esque verse that Just Rich Gates blesses us with. The song’s icing on the cake comes from Bad Azz Becky’s hard-ass/uplifting verse and Prospect Pen’s blunt/clever verse. All in all, “How Dats Ur Man” is one of those joints that will turn clubs upside down and make broke individuals want to hustle just a little harder.
