SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (June 25, 2025) — Rapper and rising entrepreneur Greyson Cage is proving that resilience, vision, and creativity can overcome any obstacle. Born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts, Cage is quickly carving out his place in the music industry—not just as an artist, but as a leader building an empire on his own terms.
Diagnosed with Spina Bifida at birth, Cage underwent several surgeries throughout his youth. Rather than letting it hold him back, he used those challenges to shape his identity and craft a sound rooted in perseverance and raw truth.
“It took me a while to really find my sound,” Cage says. “But once I did, everything started to click. My versatility sets me apart—I can make any kind of track and still stay true to myself.”
