Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?
I’ve released my 3 rd mixtape this November called I. O. W. E. T. J. (I. Owe. Everything. To Jah/ I outwork everyone through Jesus). The other two mixtapes are titled FL. BI. MAGS 1. And FL BI MAGS 2. (Fxxx Love But It Makes A Great Song). I had these songs writing themselves in my head and decided to go to the studio. Music is a passion and first love of mine but I tried to assimilate into the working world and it wasn’t fulfilling so here I am.
What is unique about you and your music?
Me. I’m unique. I love all genres and go wherever the beat leads. What you see is what you get. I’m me and nothing less. Open and honest.
What shaped your music?
My music is shaped by my personal experience and relationships or desires.
When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?
I jumped back in the studio December 2020 and been nonstop ever since. My calling and purpose is higher than just doing music professionally so I guess I never stopped to realize how far I’ve come.
What type of music do you listen to?
Reggae. Hip hop. R&b. Country. Rap.
What inspires you to write music?
Emotions. It’s how I channel my emotions I guess. The world and God are my inspirations.
What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?
I’m building a clothing line called Starr Of Tha South Clothing and it will be alongside the big names soon.

What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?
Care but don’t care. It matters if people like your music but it doesn’t matter if people hate your music. Views pay not likes. If you’re afraid of negative critique this is not the career for you. If you won’t invest money in your craft knowing that you may never see a return then don’t even bother.

FL BI MAGS volume3 drops Valentine’s Day and I’m currently working on an EP or maybe just new releases. But a lotta music.

I’m on all streaming platforms Spotify,pandora,YouTube, Apple, Amazon etc
Any last words for the readers?
I love everyone and anyone rocking with me ya dig. Remedy Tv, my videographer and friend Dipp Tarantino, my engineer Ree Major, my producer D Frank, Dj Chill Will and Nakeisha Chavers. I’m nothing without these people. I keep going because each day I wake up. Live before you die because nothing is promised to us but the fact that we all will die.
