Christian Hip-Hop Artist BigGucciDame is the definition of hard work. The young Miami-born rapper has dropped hit after hit and he’s just getting started. He has been independent for his entire career thus far and has accomplished some dope things! He has accumulated over 300k streams on Spotify alone, gained over 30k monthly listeners and collaborated with artists such as Not Klyde, Gabby Callwood, and Drup just to name a few.
We asked him what inspires him and he said, “Jesus and my Mom, Jesus for guiding me and helping me throughout my whole life and my Mother for grinding and doing so much to take care of me.”
Dame has refused to settle in his career and says that he never wants to find himself in a creative box. He wants to eventually dabble in lo-fi music and when asked what his dream collaboration was he said, “Right now my dream collaboration would be powfu, he makes incredible lo-fi music and is very talented.
When the pandemic first started he was one of the first artists that I listened to. He is definitely one of my favourites.” BigGucciDame is growing at record speed and has found himself in several conversations across the music industry. Steadily chasing his dreams and keeping God as the center of his music, Dame is a role model for young people today.
