6 God is back in the studio.
Drake had previously teased fans that he will release a new record – a follow-up to 2018’s ‘Scorpion’ – this year, and during his concert at in London on Tuesday night (April 9),
he revealed he’s already started coming up with ideas for songs in between playing his ‘Assassination Vacation World Tour’ shows, and even promised to return to the UK with a new project in 2020.
“This is one of my favorite places to be in the world,” he told the crowd at the O2 Arena. “So I think what I’ma do—I kinda actually started last night to be honest with you. But I think what I’ma do after this, is I’ma go home and I’ma make a new album so I can come back to London next year and we can do this again.”

Last week, he posted a video of him and Future backstage at one of his shows in London. In it, the pair playfully suggest that “two” as in What A Time To Be Alive 2 has already been “cooked.”
