Today, we have the pleasure of introducing a new artist to the 24 Hip Hop community: I’m Dru! who hails from Long Beach, New York now residing in South Florida as a college student; Here at 24, we look for the most unique sounds in the industry. After discovering the aggressive, yet authentic sound of I’m Dru!’s hit single “FREE SHOW”, we certainly came to the conclusion that we found an artist who has just what we are looking for!
Free Show is a song I wrote about a one-night stand, and it was just for fun. I’m so glad people are really rocking with it for real. The creation of this track is something I’ll never forget.” He shared. “Being in the studio with my boys was just an ultimate vibe and so much fun, and I think it really shows in the record. So thankful for everyone showing love because it means more than you would know.”
His latest single tells a story while embracing funky beats, catchy melodies, and his fast flow. He even proclaimed this song as his favorite record thus far. This upbeat record shows how far the Long Island native has come already.
“You can expect a full I’m Dru! takeover. I put in work every single day from the moment I wake up. I want this. I want this more than anyone, and I’m going to make sure that I make a statement,” He announced. “I’m consistently going to be dropping a couple of songs a month. On top of that, more music videos, collaborations with special artists, and definitely some live shows. I also want to show more love and give back to the fans.
