In September 2024, he lost his older brother, the head of his family and a pivotal figure in his life. “I’ve experienced death before, but this was different,” he shares. “He was same mom, same dad. Now, I’ve got 10 kids that are mine to take care of. The pressure is the hardest part.”
Music became his therapy. His latest album, My Testimony, tells the story of his life, a tribute to his brother and the family he strives to uplift. The album’s eight tracks are deliberate—symbolic of his childhood nickname, “Webbie,” and the spider’s eight legs. “Everything I do is calculated and for a reason,” Chachi explains.
