It took a while for Brujeriagirl to get to this point according to a recent interview. She stated, “People only see the wins. I wish they could see all the pain I went through when no one supported me”. Through this quote, Brujeriagirl is referring to when she first started doing music.
When she first started, she would often throw shows at local bars and invite her friends and family out. “Only four or five people would show up,” Brujeriagirl said. Although lacking support, the young DJ kept at it, performing every Friday and Saturday night.
Fast-forwarding to years later Brujeriagirl is one of the most talked-about DJs in the LA area. Known now for her online catalog of music, she is one people are keeping an eye on.
