The acclaimed producer and cultural curator strengthens the ambitious project with “DOMI NYC,” “Dembow Pretty Little Baby,” and “Más Delincuente,” bringing Dominican dembow’s energy, history, and international potential into sharper focus.
MIAMI, FL, August 7, 2026 – Boy Wonder CF returns with Chosen Few Dembow (Deluxe), an expanded edition of his ambitious collaborative album that continues his commitment to amplifying Dominican dembow on an international stage. Presented through Chosen Few Emerald Entertainment, the deluxe release introduces three new collaborations, “DOMI NYC,” “Dembow Pretty Little Baby,” and “Más Delincuente,” while preserving the energy and cultural purpose that made the original project such an important statement.
Rather than treating the deluxe edition as a simple extension, Boy Wonder CF uses the new material to explore the different directions dembow can travel without losing its Dominican foundation. Each addition brings a distinct character to the album, connecting the genre with New York hip-hop, familiar melodies, modern Latin urban production, and a new generation of performers. The result feels both celebratory and forward-looking, presenting dembow as a sound capable of crossing borders, generations, and musical traditions.
Among the new records, “DOMI NYC” captures the enduring relationship between the Dominican Republic and New York City. Featuring Fabolous, Dave East, Arlene MC, and the late Fatman Scoop, the reimagined version of a standout track from the original album brings together different voices from hip-hop and Dominican culture. Its combination of commanding rap performances, energetic production, and unmistakable Caribbean rhythm reflects the cultural exchange that has shaped both communities for decades.
“Dembow Pretty Little Baby” offers another example of Boy Wonder CF’s ability to recognize creative possibilities in unexpected places. The song transforms the nostalgic Connie Francis classic into a lively dembow record driven by rapid percussion, contemporary Caribbean production, and a melody that remains instantly familiar. Contributions from NESI, Nino Freestyle, Bigoblin, and Chaki Bley allow the track to bridge different eras while demonstrating how dembow can reinterpret established music through a distinctly Dominican lens.
The expanded project also includes “Más Delincuente,” a collaboration featuring acclaimed Dominican producer Leo RD. Known for helping shape modern Latin urban music through his production work, Leo RD adds another layer of authenticity and rhythmic intensity to the album. His involvement strengthens the project’s connection to the producers and artists developing dembow from within the Dominican Republic while helping introduce its evolving sound to listeners around the world.
Across the complete project, Chosen Few Dembow (Deluxe) brings together more than 30 artists from dembow, reggaetón, Latin trap, and hip-hop. Internationally recognized names including Omar Montes, Nacho, J Alvarez, Kevin Roldan, Divino, and DJ Pereira appear alongside influential Dominican voices such as Nino Freestyle, Lomiiel, El Mayor Clásico, Rochy RD, La Insuperable, La Perversa, Ángel Dior, Tivi Gunz, Chesca, and Chimbala. That wide-ranging lineup gives the album its strength, creating room for established performers and emerging talent to contribute to a shared cultural vision.
Boy Wonder CF has spent more than two decades building platforms that connect artists, audiences, and different corners of Latin urban music. Beginning with Chosen Few: El Documental, he established himself not only as a producer, but also as a talent scout, filmmaker, entrepreneur, and curator with an instinct for recognizing movements before they reach the mainstream. His career has included work connected to artists such as Don Omar, Shakira, Farruko, Pitbull, Daddy Yankee, and J Balvin, while the Chosen Few series has repeatedly introduced rising voices to wider audiences.
With Chosen Few Dembow (Deluxe), Boy Wonder CF once again proves that his greatest strength lies in bringing the right people, sounds, and cultures together. The expanded release honors the neighborhood roots of Dominican dembow while presenting the genre with the scale, polish, and collaborative spirit necessary for its next global chapter. More than an album, the project stands as a confident celebration of Dominican creativity and another meaningful addition to the lasting Chosen Few legacy.
