Alon Mylo is an Israeli artist with a passion for producing and writing fusion hiphop music. Alon has been featured on HIPHOPWORLDISRAEL MAGAZINE as well as the AFX LONDON Radio and has the support of up and coming artist Tkay Maidza.
His latest single was released on july 15th and is titled SUNDANCE. The song blends pop, hip-hop, and alternative sounds. At 23 years-old, Alon is a master of his craft. He’s been making beats for big name artists in the underground hip-hop scene such as Sighdafekt.
Now focusing on his own projects, Alon has a special blend of multiple genres represented in his work including sounds from pop, trap, hip-hop, and alternative. Alon has synesthesia; every sound he hears takes on a visual aura of a unique color. For his upcoming studio project, Alon wanted to create a sound that represents cyan.
Following his last single “SUNDANCE,” this new track features Alon Mylo’ classic singing, while also mixing in a pop-friendly, catchy hook. Alon creates music that speaks to people struggling with anxiety and depression. Despite the emotional subjects in Alon Mylo’ music, he always incorporates a positive twist.
“I started working on this song after a long battle with depression. I was inspired by the little moments i found along the way. Throughout my battle with depression, I would encourage myself by saying “the sun dances on my knees. I produced, wrote and preformed the song and because i got synesthesia i see every song as a certain color ,”SUNDANCE” represent the yellow color, since for me yellow its the color of joy and happiness,” says Alon Mylo.
