Young music producer Caleb McNicholl, who is only sixteen years old, is excited to share experiences, motivate others, and offer a variety of approaches to creating beats from scratch. In today’s technologically-driven atmosphere, people are looking for immediate results. There is, regrettably, no getting around it. To reach your greatest potential and do what you love, you must work hard and have a strong passion.
The well-known music producer Ocean, who is known by the name of Caleb, served as Caleb’s inspiration. He was completely enthralled by the man who could create such wicked and compelling beats from nothing using only a midi keyboard. His music-making process was observed day and night as he learned how to use Logic pro X. He also observed how he poured every last drop of his creativity into his project.
Caleb has learned about the music-making process from many other producers besides Ocean, and they have all helped him develop his skills and become more well-known in the music industry today.
Caleb discovered how to create beats from scratch by applying logic in the same way as the famous producers. He attempted to rework the track for Travis Scott’s “GATTI” and pop smoke. This gave him an idea of how to make those upbeat drill beats sound expert.
He began mixing drill mixes of well-known songs like “Locked out of Heaven” and “N***gs in Paris” and uploaded them to YouTube. Then, as time passed on, he decided to learn how to create tracks from scratch, expanding his sound to include genres like trap and hyperpop.
He is now producing music in a variety of genres, including drill, trap, hyperpop, and afroswign.
He now produces beats and works with rappers to create his own tracks. He has already collaborated with other rappers, including IVRSN, Drip, and C4rt Eazy. On a melodious drill-style beat, his new song, “WAR WITH US,” featuring local rappers Jazza, Apa, and Macca, will be released on August 26.
