DeMarcus Cousins had a rather pedestrian season to his normal standards last season with the Warriors, but the veteran big man out of Kentucky played his way back onto the floor after suffering an Achilles injury the season before and a quad injury this past year.
Boogie Cousins has since signed a one-year deal worth $3.5 million with the Lakers and assured “Laker Nation” that he is 100 percent healthy.
Cousins’ interview caught the attention of many, not for what he said, but how he looked. Boogie looks to have slimmed down which could bode well for his ability to stay on the floor after suffering back-to-back lower leg injuries. The new look Boogie Cousins said, “My goal is to play 82 games this season.”
