Harlow’s seven-track EP has arrived with a new visual for its Babyface collaboration.
Jack Harlow has released Sweet Action II through Atlantic Records. The project arrives alongside the video for “Too Soon,” featuring Babyface.
Rosie Marks directs the visual, adding a new component to the previously announced EP. The release follows the original Sweet Action by six years.
The seven-song sequence opens with “Signora” before moving into “Too Soon.” “She Gets Me,” “610 Magnolia,” “Hold Back,” “Pressure” and “Move On” complete the track list.
BroadwayWorld’s release report identifies Hollywood Cole and Angel Lopez among the producers. Jenius, Kid Culture, Aksel Arvid, Clay Harlow and Rogét Chahayed also contribute across the project.
Its R&B references include samples and interpolations associated with Marques Houston, Lalah Hathaway, Peter Collins, Tank, Huey and Ideal. Babyface’s appearance provides another connection to that musical tradition.
The project’s stated themes range from attraction and lingering attachments to jealousy and commitment. With the complete EP now available, listeners can place “Too Soon” within that broader sequence rather than the preview that preceded it.
