The official visual follows the October 16 single with shifting scenery and a return to a New York stoop.
A$AP Rocky has released the “Shroom Clouds” video, extending the song’s arrival with a surreal visual. The clip appeared on October 19, three days after the single’s October 16 release.
Rocky shares directing credit with Aisultan Seitov and Pietro Biz Biasia, with production by North of Now. The collaboration places the rapper on both sides of the camera for a video built around changing environments.
The opening presents a heightened outdoor world before the setting returns to New York. As Rolling Stone describes, the transition eventually reveals Rocky on a city stoop, reframing the earlier imagery.
The song also includes Reggie on its chorus and bridge and Jeremih on the outro. Those contributions accompany the track’s pitch-shifted vocal treatment and psychedelic framing, which the video carries into its visual design.
“Shroom Clouds” had a public life before this finished release: Rocky previewed an earlier version in 2021, when it was known as “Mushroom Clouds.” The completed single and official clip now give listeners a fixed version rather than another concert excerpt.
The song is connected to Disc 2, the planned extension of Don’t Be Dumb. Although the visual contains an October 30 date, the video itself should not be treated as an official confirmation of the deluxe project’s release schedule.
