Gorgeous Doll alleges that Kai Cenat agreed to a $200,000 abortion-related payment before sending $150,000, and she has since apologized for bringing the unverified account online.

Social media personality Gorgeous Doll has made a series of claims about an alleged 2023 relationship with Kai Cenat. In a video series posted October 4, she said she became pregnant with twins and discussed a financial arrangement involving an abortion, as reported by NDTV.

According to her account, she presented two choices: raising the children with his financial support, including a home, a nanny and $5,000 each month, or receiving $200,000 in connection with terminating the pregnancy. She alleged that Cenat agreed to the second arrangement, describing it as a discussion between them rather than an unsolicited payment.

She said the amount later changed to $150,000, which she agreed to accept. AllHipHop reported that she claimed the money reached her account within a day or two, meaning the $200,000 figure refers to the alleged initial agreement rather than the amount she says she received. She also described the experience as emotionally difficult.

In a follow-up covered by Baller Alert on October 7, Gorgeous Doll apologized for taking the matter online but did not retract her account. “I didn’t post this to hurt him,” she said, explaining that she wanted to defend her name rather than seek anything further from Cenat.

Gorgeous Doll previously alleged a five-year relationship with rapper Future, but that history is also disputed. ABC Audio reported in March 2025 that he appeared to reject her account in since-deleted posts referring to “fake ex” energy, so describing her as his confirmed former partner goes beyond what has been established.

The alleged pregnancy, abortion and payment have not been independently verified. Reporting through October 7 noted no public response from Cenat to these specific allegations, and no later response had been located as this story was prepared on October 8. Her decision to discuss the account publicly, and her subsequent apology for doing so, do not independently establish that the events occurred as described.
