Alaia Baldwin Aronow is set to avoid jail in connection with her 2024 Savannah bar arrest after entering a pre-trial diversion program tied to four misdemeanor charges.

Hailey Bieber’s older sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, has entered a pre-trial diversion program following charges stemming from a February 2024 incident at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia. According to People, the program gives Aronow a path to avoid jail while completing court-ordered requirements connected to the case.

Aronow, 33, was charged with simple assault, simple battery, battery and criminal trespassing after the nightclub altercation. Court records cited in the report say she is required to attend classes and could also face fines as part of the diversion process, with another court appearance scheduled for August 25.

The case dates back to Feb. 24, 2024, when police were called to Club Elan after an incident involving Aronow and several employees. A police report said she entered an employee restroom after being directed elsewhere and later became involved in a confrontation with staff as she was escorted from the venue.

According to the report, a bartender alleged that Aronow threw a used tampon at her, while two security workers accused her of pulling hair and striking one of them in the genitals. Aronow told police she was defending herself during the confrontation and initially denied throwing the tampon before later acknowledging that she had done so.

Prosecutors formally filed four misdemeanor charges in January 2026, nearly two years after the arrest. At the time, the charges left Aronow facing potential jail exposure if the case proceeded through the traditional court process.

The diversion agreement changes that outlook by emphasizing compliance with program conditions instead of incarceration. Aronow’s case remains active as she works through the required steps, and her attorneys had not publicly commented on the latest development at the time of the report.
