Drake apparently wasn’t joking when he promised to buy the mother of viral “goth baddie” Pinkchyu a house. The content creator says the Toronto superstar intends to follow through after making the generous offer during his recent 20-versus-1 dating livestream. Pinkchyu emerged as the winner of the challenge, and when Drake offered to buy her anything she wanted, she immediately chose something for her mother instead.

According to TMZ, Pinkchyu says Drake has confirmed that the deal is real and that the next step is surprisingly simple. She reportedly only needs to find a home she wants for her mother, with Drake prepared to handle the purchase once a property is selected. There is currently no confirmed timeline for when the real estate deal will be completed.

The promise came after Pinkchyu won Drake’s viral dating competition, where their unusual chemistry quickly became one of the most talked-about moments from the stream. At one point, she asked Drake to bark for her, and he played along before eventually choosing her as his “wife” at the end of the competition. When given the chance to request a prize, Pinkchyu asked whether he would buy her mother a house, and Drake agreed.

Pinkchyu later broke the news directly to her mother, capturing her reaction as she explained that winning Drake’s dating show had led to an offer for a new home. The moment added a more emotional side to what had started as a playful livestream challenge, especially because Pinkchyu had explained that helping her mother retire was important to her.

Pinkchyu also clarified that despite all of the flirting during the dating show, she and Drake did not hook up afterward. She did, however, say they had good conversations at the after-party and remained somewhat coy when asked whether the two might see each other again. The streamer also admitted that she knew Drake more from his Degrassi days than from being a dedicated listener of his music.

The appearance has given Pinkchyu a major surge in attention online, but the house promise has become one of the biggest stories to come out of the stream. What initially sounded like an extravagant on-camera gesture now appears to be moving toward an actual purchase, with Pinkchyu maintaining that Drake intends to keep his word.

For Pinkchyu, the biggest reward from the viral moment may ultimately have little to do with dating Drake at all. If the purchase goes through as planned, her mother will walk away with a new home simply because her daughter used her prize to do something meaningful for her family. Drake’s livestream may have delivered plenty of outrageous moments, but this one could end up having the most lasting impact.
