West Coast is turning the temperature all the way up this summer as Diamond Icegirl and Crystal DPG team up for a powerful new release, “We Got It,” set to drop on July 4, 2025. Produced by LA’s rising sound architect G5YVE, the single blends club-ready energy with unapologetic bars rooted in legacy, loyalty, and hustle.
Diamond Icegirl is no stranger to the spotlight—or the studio. Coming out of California with deep ties to Ruthless Records, she originally made her mark as part of the all-female gangsta rap group GBM. Her distinct vocals have laced West Coast classics like Kurupt “Who Ride With Us,” “Ghetto” with Snoop Dogg & The Eastsidaz, and “Got Beef,” leaving an undeniable imprint on the region’s musical DNA.
Known for her behind-the-scenes grind as well as her on-mic fire, Diamond built Crash Unit Entertainment into an independent force. Her resume runs deep with ties to Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, 2Pac, Birdman, Master P, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and The Lady of Rage. She’s mentored up-and-coming talent, booked major acts, and schooled artists on the importance of ownership and publishing—well before it was trending.
Now, she’s stepping back into the booth alongside Crystal DPG, a true representative of the Dogg Pound legacy and a blood cousin to Snoop Dogg. Crystal brings her own fierce energy to the table—gritty, raw, and undeniably authentic. The two have already been making noise together with standout live performances across LA, including opening slots for CupcakKe’s national tour, proving that West Coast women don’t just spit—they set the tone.
“We Got It” is more than a song—it’s a cultural moment. With a bounce-heavy beat from G5YVE and verses that reflect experience, confidence, and community, the track is built to resonate with fans from the block to the main stage.
Beyond the mic, Diamond Icegirl is also hitting the screen. She’s starring in the upcoming film “Ruthless,” directed by @stellyentertainment, with a celebrity cast that adds another chapter to her evolving legacy. With TV credits including VH1’s Love and Listings and multiple appearances on TV One, she continues to build as a multifaceted creative and mogul.
The July 4th release of “We Got It” signals more than a return—it’s a takeover. Fans can expect visuals, live dates, and more surprises from both artists as the summer unfolds.
