Emerging artist 7SA is thrilled to announce the release of his new single, “Built Different.” This powerful track encapsulates the artist’s journey from the depths of despair to the heights of musical achievement, aiming to inspire listeners to overcome their own challenges.
“Everyone has a different story, but mine, I’d say it’s a little more impactful than others,” shares 7SA. “I was in the worst mental and physical state of my life. From being picked on by everyone I knew, both in person and online, and on the brink of suicide, the one and only thing that saved me was music.”
Music became 7SA’s sanctuary and a bridge connecting his emotions to the world. Recognizing its profound impact, he set out to change lives through his art. With less than a year of writing music, his first release in late August 2023 marked the beginning of a remarkable journey. Since then, 7SA has released five songs, with one amassing an impressive 90,000 views on YouTube, and another reaching 107,000 views.
“My idols—Sidhu Moose Wala, Juice WRLD, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Travis Scott, and Central Cee—shape my music and influence my writing and delivery style,” 7SA explains. “For me, music is more important than money. My goal is for the whole world to listen and sing my music with me, unlike other artists whose aim is to drive a Benz and flex money.”
Having a background in dance and live performance, 7SA is no stranger to the stage. He is confident and engaging, ensuring that every crowd feels connected to his music. His performances are a rollercoaster of emotions—anger, love, pain, pleasure, loss, and discovery.
Describing himself, 7SA states, “A broken man on the inside, with a smile on his face, power in his lyrics, energy in his delivery, passion in his veins, and love in his soul, trying to fix other broken souls using the same therapy he used years ago, one person at a time, one song at a time, and one venue at a time.”
“Built Different” was recorded in a professional studio, a testament to 7SA‘s dedication to his craft. “It was a hard process as we had to do so much for the sound design, song structure, flows, and delivery styles. It was a work of art that took over three weeks to complete,” he notes.
The track is a celebration of triumph over adversity. “I had recently started seeing my problems and issues, both internal and external, begin to resolve themselves, and this track expresses that happiness and joy,” says 7SA. “The message I wish listeners to take away is: whatever problems you have, you can overcome them, no doubt.”
7SA’s previous releases, including “Freezin” in collaboration with MultiSZN, have already garnered attention on streaming platforms and radio. While he does not have any gigs or tours planned at the moment, 7SA is eager to perform at festivals and events, bringing his music and message to a larger audience.
