OnlyFans model and social media influencer Mia Ventura, whose legal name is Adva Lavie, has been arrested again while awaiting trial in Los Angeles County. Beverly Hills police took Lavie into custody on July 28 after encountering her on a sidewalk and discovering an active Riverside County felony grand theft warrant, according to CBS Los Angeles. The latest case stems from an alleged incident during the 2025 Coachella festival. Prosecutors claim Lavie removed more than $11,000 worth of luxury property from a man’s Tesla Cybertruck outside an Airbnb in Indio, including a Rolex watch, Louis Vuitton sunglasses and a Louis Vuitton cardholder.

Investigators allege that surveillance footage captured Lavie entering the vehicle after becoming upset that the man would not give her a festival wristband. Riverside County authorities later charged her with felony grand theft, and an arrest warrant was issued after she allegedly failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing.

Police also discovered that Lavie was no longer wearing the electronic ankle monitor required as a condition of her release in the separate Los Angeles County case. A judge subsequently ordered her held without bail after finding that she had violated the conditions imposed by the court.

Lavie previously pleaded not guilty to six felony charges involving allegations that she used dating apps to form relationships with wealthy individuals before gaining access to their homes and stealing cash, gold and designer items. The allegations have not been proven at trial, and she is presumed innocent unless convicted.
