An October 23 collaboration adds another chapter to the celebration of Furtado’s 2006 album, following September’s expanded reissue.

Nelly Furtado’s Loose anniversary rollout is continuing beyond the deluxe album’s arrival. A new Ian Asher remix of “All Good Things (Come to an End)” was released October 23, extending a campaign that has paired archival recordings with contemporary reinterpretations.

Asher’s contribution takes the song toward the dance floor. Universal Music describes the production as speed house, with a faster tempo and pitched-up vocals, a different approach from the piano-led version introduced earlier in the anniversary project.

The expanded digital edition arrived September 4 with 28 tracks. Alongside the familiar album material, its additions include the 2005 demos “Move Me,” “I Am” and “Weak,” plus a 2006 demo of “All Good Things.”

Another strand of the project brings Furtado together with pianist Adam Tendler. They revisited “Say It Right,” “Promiscuous,” “Maneater” and “All Good Things” through improvised piano-and-voice recordings, giving those songs another setting rather than simply adding remixes to the original track list.

The anniversary collection also includes “Te Lo Doy,” featuring Villano Antillano and Lido Pimienta, and “Gaslight.” Those additions sit alongside songs from the album that established Furtado’s widely recognized collaboration with Timbaland, including “Promiscuous.”

The release was issued in expanded digital and two-LP vinyl configurations with different track lists. With archival demos, newly recorded interpretations and now Asher’s collaboration, the campaign has developed into several distinct ways of revisiting Loose rather than a single anniversary package.
