Dec 16, 2020, 11:17am EST — According to reports, Lil Durk’s OTF artist JusBlow has been charged with the 2017 murder of a man following a botched robbery attempt. Justin M. Mitchell, 25, was charged with murder and six other felony counts following his co-defendant, Paradise Haynes, 22, entered a plea agreement.

Mitchell has been accused of being the one to fire the fatal gunshots that killed Khalil Carter, 19, on Oct. 31, 2017. Mitchell, Haynes, and a third person, Lucky R. Tyler, were all charged in the case. Haynes pleaded guilty to one count of robbery resulting in bodily injury, a level 2 felony. If convicted, she faces between 10-30 years in prison.

Mitchell and Tyler each are facing one count of murder, one count of murder in perpetration of a robbery, two counts of robbery, one count of aggravated battery, and two counts of criminal confinement. Mitchell and Tyler are facing between 45 and 65 years if convicted.
