Kanye West has officially confirmed the release date for his ninth studio album.
Following Kim’s social media teaser and a subsequent reveal on Kanye West’s official web site, the ‘I Love It‘ hit maker has finally confirmed the release date for his highly-anticipated album.
During his appearance in Batesville, Indiana, West took the stage to confirm the project is on the way. “Jesus Is King is out September 27th, so let’s continue this…” West can be heard saying in the video posted below, to which the crowd responded with a loud cheer.
The 12-song tracklist shows the album will feature songs called ‘Baptized’, ‘Sweet Jesus’ and ‘Sunday’. In the photo, West’s notebook lies next to an open Bible.
Before the album’s name was changed from Yandhi to Jesus Is King, it missed two scheduled release dates, in September and November of 2018.
