Two weeks into the New Year and Hendrick has already delivered two amazing records with the funk/soul vibe What’s My Name & Hendricks signature sound with Dream Space both showcasing the young artists diversity and energy in a multifaceted way.
This week Hendrick Douglass slows it down a bit to deliver an eerie R&B track simply titled Sorry. Whether this song is based off of personal events or just a story its clear that Hendrick has dealt with his fair share of losses in emotional woes as he tells the story of a person falling out of love & coming to the realization that the one you want may not always be the one you need.
With the releases seemingly coming every single week of 2023 it sure looks like Hendrick is looking to be that artist to watch for years to come & after speaking to him shortly it sounds like these consistent drops are working for him & he also has a few surprises planned throughout the year for his biggest supporters.
