Some special kicks might be releasing to commemorate the 2019 FIBA World Cup.
Jordan brand is no stranger when it comes to commemorating special basketball events with unique colorways. That’s why it’s no surprise that there are already rumors of an Air Jordan 4 model to be released which will celebrate the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China.
These rumors come to us thanks to Instagram accounts @houseofheat and @zsneakerheadz. In the Instagram image below, @houseofheat created a mockup of what the shoe could possibly look like.
The upper is all red leather, with a design lasered throughout. There are gold eyelets that keep the all-red laces in place while the midsole of the shoe is white with hints of navy blue at the front and the back.
There is no exact release date for these shoes just yet, but according to @zsneakerheadz, you can expect these to release sometime in July 2019 for the retail price of $200 USD.
