Billie Eilish took on a deeply personal role at her brother Finneas’ wedding, officiating as he married longtime partner Claudia Sulewski in California.
Finneas O’Connell and Claudia Sulewski are officially married, with Billie Eilish officiating their intimate ceremony at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California. The couple exchanged vows on Saturday, August 29, surrounded by family, friends and several familiar faces from entertainment, according to TMZ.
Eilish’s role made the celebration especially personal for the siblings, whose creative partnership has been central to both of their careers. Their parents, Maggie Baird and Patrick O’Connell, were also present as Finneas and Sulewski marked the next chapter of their relationship.
The ceremony extended the family atmosphere to the couple’s dogs, Peaches and Moose, who were included in the festivities. Sulewski wore a custom Oscar de la Renta ivory silk faille ballgown for the ceremony, one of four looks the fashion house created for her wedding weekend.
The guest list included Justin and Hailey Bieber, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, Nina Dobrev, Emma Chamberlain, Rachel Sennott, Rebecca Black and Jason Sudeikis. Eilish attended with actor Nat Wolff, while the gathering remained centered on the couple and their closest circle despite its high-profile attendees.
Finneas and Sulewski first met through a dating app in 2018, and their relationship quickly became part of his creative life. He wrote the song “Claudia” after their first date, while Sulewski later appeared in the visual for his 2022 track “Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa.”
The pair announced their engagement in September 2025 after seven years together, sharing images from the proposal and the message “forever and ever 9.22.” Nearly a year later, their wedding brought that long-running relationship full circle, with Eilish standing beside them in one of the ceremony’s most meaningful roles.
