BigKingFish: Hey, thanks for having me. My name is BigKingFish, and I proudly represent Gulfport, MS.
[Q2] Host: Excellent. Now, looking back at the past year, what would you say was your most memorable moment in 2022?
BigKingFish: My most memorable moment last year was when I dropped my project called VanGeauxVi$ion. It was an incredible experience, and I had a lot of fun working on that project.
[Q3] Host: That’s fantastic. Moving on to your latest track, could you share with us the meaning behind it and the inspiration behind its title?
BigKingFish: Absolutely. My latest track, titled “2:30,” holds a special meaning to me. It’s a song where I wanted to experiment with different musical elements. The title “2:30” signifies the time when I often find myself writing songs, and it reflects the creative process behind this particular track.
[Q4] Host: Exciting stuff! Now, do you have any upcoming projects that you can give us a sneak peek into?
BigKingFish: Definitely! I have a single dropping on my birthday, June 24. It’s a project I’ve been working on, and I’m really excited to share it with my fans.
[Q5] Host: That sounds like a perfect birthday gift for both you and your fans. Speaking of goals, what are some of the things you would like to accomplish in the coming year?
BigKingFish: This year, I have a couple of goals in mind. Firstly, I aim to gain more fans on platforms like Spotify, where people can enjoy my music. Additionally, I want to have more live performances and connect with my audience on a deeper level.
[Q6] Host: It’s always great to have goals and aspirations. If you could collaborate with any artist, who would be your dream collaboration?
BigKingFish: Oh, that’s a tough question. If I had the opportunity, I would love to collaborate with Lil Yachty. I admire his unique style and energy, and I think our combined creativity could lead to something incredible.
[Q7] Host: That would be an amazing collaboration indeed. Now, let’s talk about motivation. What drives you as an artist on a daily basis?
BigKingFish: At the end of the day, what drives me is the constant pursuit of becoming the best version of myself. I strive to improve my craft and push my boundaries every single day. That, in turn, motivates me to keep creating and delivering my best work.
[Q8] Host: It’s evident that your drive and determination are essential to your success. When did you realize that you wanted to pursue music professionally?
BigKingFish: I realized I wanted to pursue music professionally after I graduated college. That was a turning point for me when I fully committed myself to my passion for music and decided to make it my career.
