Long Island NY’s Gun Lee is not a rage rapper, he is not a drill rapper he’s just Gun Lee. The Baldwin NY native will chose to sing often times with raw infectious vocals, you can’t help but feel every breath Gunz utters.

The album is filled with recognizable samples to hard hitting drums, sonically GJPeezy is in a pocket like never before. Providing listeners with a heartfelt body of work filled with songs once can listen to at different times of the day.
“The Things You Love” will definitely stand the test of time with songs such as “Bat Mobile”, “Miss My Shawty”, “Sprayground”, “Commandments”, and “Healing/Defeated” it’s clear the album will age like fine wine growing better with each listen.
Lil Gun Gun doesn’t shy away from relationship topics, substance abuse, and just overall transparency, the self proclaimed Lords #1 Soldier isn’t running away from his faith either in a controversial genre like Hip-Hop even rapping “they hating but I’m keeping God first” on the hook of “Commandments”. “The Things You Love” is worth the listen because quite simply it’s a breath of fresh air, Gun Lee makes art only he can.
