Coleman Lane, 23, born August 8, 1998, is a American rapper and singer raised up in Northern Kentucky. He is known for the prominent delivery in his voice and the ability to be able to harmonize melodies around hip hop. Feeling so alone and neglected inside he was driven to start utilizing his pain and struggle to create music that outlines his testimony.
Throughout his childhood he dealt with having to be in and out of foster care. His father was never in his life and his mother was fighting the battle of over coming drug addiction. As a troubled teen he found himself falling into the lifestyle of the streets, which had led him to being incarcerated in a Kentucky state penitentiary for being involved in a shooting incident.
At only 18 years of age and serving a 15 year sentence with the ability of only having to serve 20% for good behavior under Kentucky law, he was released and never looked back! Since his release a year ago he has built his fan base up to about 175k current followers, and has been going viral on multiple social media platforms.
He is best known for his songs “Michael Jordan Story” and “Bleeding”. He has caught the attention of multiple record labels, in which he decided to ink a deal with Stellar Muzik Group in mid February of this year. Needless to say, this is just the beginning of a musical journey that is predicted to establish a relatable impact on the people and uphold the wave to inherit longevity.
