Riverdale, Georgia has a new voice making waves in hip-hop—Huncho Markk. The artist formerly known as UTMR PlugHunxho is stepping into a new era, reintroducing himself with a refined sound, a sharper vision, and a whole lot of hunger. Now under the management of Dillon Cash at Swaggertown Records and Colossal Records, Huncho is putting his city on his back and aiming higher than ever before.

Born Marquavious Bohannon on July 21, 2003, in Atlanta, Huncho was raised in a household where music was a constant. His parents fed him the sounds of real R&B and soul—legends like Mint Condition and Erykah Badu. That soulful foundation stayed with him, but as he grew, he gravitated toward the raw energy of Chris Brown, Future, and Lil Wayne—artists who helped shape the lane he’s now carving out.

He dropped his first official single, “Pain In My Cup,” in 2021. It wasn’t just a track—it was a reflection. A record rooted in struggle, loss, and healing that resonated with listeners online and began to build his buzz. But Huncho knew the next level required growth, and that meant rebranding. Leaving PlugHunxho behind and embracing Huncho Markk was a move toward maturity—toward legacy.

In 2024, Huncho stepped on stage for the first time, performing “Blessing Me” with Dvybez at a charity event. It was more than a performance—it was a statement. He showed confidence, command, and a natural presence that left no doubt he’s ready for more.

That same year, he dropped his debut mixtape Humbled Youngin. The title says it all. The project introduces listeners to Huncho’s story—his trials, his truth, his growth. Every track comes from lived experience, not imagination.

Huncho Markk isn’t chasing clout. He’s building something solid. His music doesn’t follow the wave—it speaks from the heart. With the right team and vision, he’s focused on performing for crowds that already know every word.

This isn’t a moment—it’s the beginning of a movement. Huncho Markk is writing a new chapter for Riverdale hip-hop, and he’s not slowing down anytime soon.
