Wayne is represented by a pink rapping mouse who gets high, plays dice, becomes disembodied, and puts on a wizard hat. Check it out below.
Lil Wayne released Tha Carter V last October. He’s set to headline this year’s Governors Ball, despite an aggrieved Kentucky senator’s contention that he’s a “tired has-been” who “ruined” an Imagine Dragons halftime show.
While the production is somewhat pristine, a quality that may put off the average hip-hop listener, that’s to be expected given the mainstream familiarity of the orchestrators. Still, it’s a new verse from Lil Wayne, and that in itself is always welcome.
