Nigerian-Canadian artist TOBI released his brand new single “Werking,” on Thursday, 28 March 2019.
Tobi continues to show off his range and versatility with “Werking,” his third single of 2019, following “City Blues” and “Sweet Poison.”
“Struggle is a necessary part of life and I let this song serve as a reminder that I’d keep going regardless of the length and pain of the journey,” TOBi says. “This one is a wake-up call for anybody who feels down and out, or experiencing a long period of plateau. Some tension and setbacks may be the perfect opportunity for a breakthrough.”
“Werking” was produced by his previous collaborators Take a Daytrip and !llmind, the latter of which praised the artist’s range and unique sound.
