Joddy Catalán was born on February 8 in Barranquilla, Colombia, where she began to take her first artistic steps in the school choir and the community church where she lived. At 24, she had already graduated from two majors, although she wanted to focus only on music. In spite of everything, Joddy’s desire to dedicate herself entirely to music remained intact, and with suitcase and guitar in hand, Joddy arrived in the United States, where she began an adventure of joy, sorrow, dreams fulfilled and dreams still to achieve.
