(Born Nov 3, 1985) Preston Hudman is an American Rapper/social media influencer/ and digital marketer who is known for his passion, that is to study Google. He even raps about Google which has earned him the nickname The Google Rapper. Preston Hudman also helps people grow on Instagram and Facebook by doing collaborations that go viral and says getting verified is the only thing he’s good at.
Preston Hudman’s early life.
Preston Hudman was born on November 3rd, 1985, in Honolulu Hawaii. He is the bastard son of David B. Hudman and Kristina J. Novak. He moved away from Hawaii shortly after being born and was raised by his mom in Beaverton Oregon for the first ten years of life at which point, they moved to Round Rock Texas where Preston began playing a card game called Magic the Gathering.
Preston was an exceptional player and was traveling around the country competing in tournaments known as the pro tour after winning first place at his very first PTQ (pro tour qualifier). That same year he won first place at a JSS (junior super series qualifier tournament) which allowed him to compete in the junior championships. After 5 years in Round Rock TX, he and his mother moved to Washington state and Preston stopped playing Magic due to moving away from his friends. He graduated in 2004 and passed the time playing video games, working odd jobs, dating, and skateboarding until Call of Duty Black Ops 2 came out on the Xbox 360. Some of the jobs he had were commission shoe salesman, pest exterminator, and private security guard which was his last job before becoming self-employed in 2013.

Preston became so addicted to Call of Duty BO2 and so good at it that he envisioned himself being like the professional Call of Duty players who he watched on YouTube, so he made a channel and spent the next four years uploading his high score gameplays. Never during that time did he spend money on growing his Channel(s) and he only made it to 408 Subs with another 200 on an alternate account. He could clearly see that his best effort was not even close to turning him into PewDiePie yet his analytics (those are channel statistics) were all very good and showed that people were pleased with the content. His average view duration was above 50% and so it did not make sense to him why such great content can’t even come close to coming close to PewDiePie.

It was around this time that a famous Call of Duty player named FaZe Carl got randomly placed into a match with Preston on xbox live and he just so happened to be recording his own YouTube video at the time. Preston lost the match but upon reviewing the theatre mode (that allows the match to be seen through the eyes of each player) he noticed that Carl had cheated by pretending to get kills on his friends who were following him around and letting him kill them.

Preston threatened to upload the footage to YouTube but before he could Carl released a video about him that revealed his name which caused Carl’s fan base to attack Preston’s Channel. Preston says he was getting 500 dislikes a day along with mean comments for weeks.

This form of cyberbullying fundamentally changed Preston and he was no longer too proud to spend money on his channel. He became obsessed with studying his Analytics and manipulating them by spending money. He was and still is to this day very interested in the technology and methods being used to make the numbers go up. It’s called growth hacking and it comes in three flavors: white hat, grey hat and black hat. White hat means the rules were followed and the ethics are unquestionable, grey hat means the rules were followed but they were bent, or questionable ethics were used, and black hat is cheating. Preston began learning all three which is when he first caught the attention of Google. Preston says he’s the man he is today thanks to Carl.
Preston Hudman’s Career Summary
Preston Hudman has had a very long career in a relatively short amount of time that being approximately 5 years. He did a lot of amazing things that caused companies like Google, YouTube, Facebook/Meta/Instagram, Spotify and probably many more to implement serious changes to their websites. It can be argued that they took away the dislike count on YouTube because of him and it’s believed that subscriber geography data was removed because of him and him alone. The Unknown or “other” watch time category… All Preston. All this has resulted in him being treated poorly by these companies according to him and they appear to obsess over him.
He is currently verified on a plethora of platforms and says getting verified is the only thing he’s good at as a joke. He is known for studying Google SEO (search engine optimization) and teaching people how to grow on social media. He also makes rap music and likes doing graphic design and runs his own business as a freelancer. He’s a regular guy still looking for his big break, but many people believe he is a genius after meeting him. It’s like he has a sixth sense for all things Google and Meta related. He has over a million followers across all social media and just managed to get 11 blue check mark badges in 10 months. Each badge was gained organically, and Preston did not receive help from anyone. He was given Facebook’s creator support one day and the rest is history. He managed to get Hipe the Nomad verified by applying for him directly and has indirectly helped many others get verified. He takes credit for verifying A Good Company, Skully God, Youngnigs, Miracle Pikin and Alex Bentley as well as Hipe.
Preston Hudman’s music career
Preston Hudman started making music purely to game Spotify. He knew how to leverage his audience on social media to fuel the success of his songs thus earning him royalties, so he made hundreds of songs very quickly and started getting small amounts of plays on all of them each day. If not for Spotify slashing the value of streams because of him and the fraudulent activity of his music distributors, Preston would still be making music today, but the current climate is too scummy he says and being an indie artist is a waste of time.

Preston knows what he’s talking about because he’s got over 8 million lifetime streams across 3 artists and over 1.5 million lifetime monthly listeners yet not a musically talented bone in his body. Just kidding. He can sing well and has two albums that each have over 1 million streams. He recently acquired his first exclusive beat and is making a song called friends aint friends with it alongside his good friend and hip-hop aficionado Chad B. aka @therealchadb but doesn’t know when the project will be finished.

Preston has renamed his company several times, but usually just goes by Preston Hudman because it’s the only name that could encompass everything he does. Strictly on the marketing side of his business is a company called https://Tavistop.com which he co-owns beside his mother Kristina J Novak. The website is not open to the public and costs money to join once you are invited. Members are trained on how to become expert marketers and make passive income as well as how to get verified on all platforms. Preston’s reputation for being a good teacher fuels the success of the business as it comes with a steep entry fee of $1,000 at the time of writing this. It’s only a onetime fee though and only $300 up front to get in the door followed by payments. According to the landing page a few dozen people have gotten verified this way. Preston admits that the name might change again but the website will always be accessible to its members forever.

The first name Preston ever used for a company was Tube Homie but due to the amount of pornography in the search results that would appear if you turned off safe search, he had to change the name to Tune Homie. These names have since been abandoned.
