Huntsville-based artist Muchi is starting 2025 with his latest single, ‘15 MINUTES OF FAME’. Playing host to sleek grooves, scratched soul samples and a flow that echoes that of Earl Sweatshirt or MIKE. With a laid-back feel, the soft glow of nostalgia and an energised dynamism that comes from a trailblazer on the rise, Muchi speaks to his work ethic, flair and future. The new single punches far above its weight in quality and uplifting sentiment.
Diving into the track from his perspective, Muchi explains that, ”’15 MINUTES OF FAME’ was written with the mindset of just knowing what’s to come. I’ve put so much effort and passion into my dreams that I know huge success is coming to me soon. This song is pretty much me putting that into the air and letting everyone else know that it’s coming. It also solidifies that when I do get that moment, I won’t be fumbling it. I’m doing everything I can to capitalise on it and make sure there’s longevity behind it.”
Muchi is a self-sufficient artist. Over the past seven years, he’s produced, recorded and mastered his entire discography, designing, recording and editing his promotional content on top of that.
