Toronto born Markus Azeriah has been “sippin” Pina Coladas by the beach Summer 2022. The young star has been exploring his South American Roots for the past six months, soaking in the food, music, culture and spending time with his family.
The South American Adventure has been amazing – from the encounters with golden tanned women, parties overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and salsa gyrating on the White Sands of La Playa! Experimenting fresh and new seafood cuisine and listening to old school salsa beats has been the inspiration for his new single: White Sand.
The video tells the story of a young man on the popular Montanita beach and his encounter with “The One,” a beautiful Esmeraldan Beauty Queen. They met and spent time on the White Sands, feeding each other at the hottest restaurants, walking around exploring, and dancing the night away.
The lyrics complement the video: It is a smooth transition of Afro and Caribbean beats to Up Tempo Drums making it sweet and sexy. This is Markus’ favourite video, the location exotic, perfect climate, and a coastal vibe showing Markus musical talents and charm. Directed by John Perez, it is the perfect song to end the summer.
