Kevin Hart Reportedly Being Sued for $60M by Sex Tape Partner

A report surfaced noting that the woman who was in an alleged sex tape with Kevin Hart is suing Hart for $60 million, saying that Hart and his friend plotted on videotaping them having sex.

Montia Sabbag said Hart was allegedly motivated to get publicity from the tape since he had an upcoming comedy tour. She also noted that Hart’s friend JT Jackson set up a hidden camera that was going to record her and Hart’s encounter. Sabbag is suing Hart for emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

Recently, Reports surfaced noting that Kevin Hart was in a car accident that left him with bad injuries after his car reportedly veered off the road.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the accident occurred at around 12:45 a.m. Sunday morning. The actor and another passenger named Rebecca Broxterman were being driven by a man identified as Jared Black in Hart’s 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, when the car veered off the road and flipped while turning from Cold Canyon Road onto Mulholland Highway. “Black immediately lost control of the vehicle and the Plymouth left the road and rolled over down the northern embankment,” California Highway Patrol stated.

Hart and Black sustained “major back injuries” in the crash and were taken to receive treatment at nearby hospitals. Broxterman did not necessitate hospitalisation.

Photos published on TMZ reveal the severity of the crash, showing the car with its roof crushed in. The Highway Patrol has ruled that Black was not driving under the influence at the time of the crash. Stay tuned for updates as we get more details on the story.
