Get to Know The Upcoming Music Producer DyztoBeats

1. WHEN DID THE IDEA TO BE AN ARTIST/PRODUCER BEGIN?

I used to listen to a lot of Electronic Dance Music back in 2015 and I was really inspired by that genre. But in 2020, I wanted to do something different. It was on that one day when I was on YouTube, a video popped up saying “How to make Trap Beats”. I started watching it and I really loved it. I started watching more and more tutorials online and started experimenting with different sounds that were present in my DAW. That’s when I knew that making beats was my calling and in the year 2021, I made an account on BeatStars to upload my beats and get my sound heard.

2. WHO HAS BEEN YOUR SOURCE OF INSPIRATION IN MAKING MUSIC?

Producers like Pierre Bourne, TNT, Tahj Money, and Nick Mira have inspired me a lot to start my career because everybody I have mentioned above is unique from one another. Their production skills are what inspires me to never stop making music.

3. CAN YOU ROUGHLY OUTLINE YOUR CREATIVE PROCESS – FROM THE BEGINNING OF AN IDEA FOR A PROJECT OR A COLLABORATION TO THE POINT OF COMPLETION?

I have worked with billboard producers like Moneyxo, Jug, Adawg Beats, and many more. Whenever I start a new project, I look for the quality of the sample. After finding the right melody, I add my own spice while I am making drums for the melody. PRODUCERS !! REMEMBER THAT RAPPERS LOVE SIMPLE AND VERY WELL MIXED BEATS. In the end, I make sure that the beat that I am about to drop is as simple as possible but at the same time, it is interesting and catchy.

4. HOW IS THE REALITY OF BEING AN INDEPENDENT ARTIST/PRODUCER COMPARED TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF IT?

The reality of being a music producer is way different than what I had thought when I just started my career in 2021. Making beats is pretty easy, but marketing them to the right audience is very tough as well as important especially to a new producer like me who has just stepped into this field of music. One thing that I have learnt in this 1 year of being a trap music producer is that sometimes things don’t work as expected or planned by you. That’s where upcoming artists and producers must learn that you must keep pushing and not to worry about the results. Everybody has their own time to shine. Let things flow on its own and stop worrying about results.

5. Which state/country are you from?

I am from Karnataka, India.

6. WHAT DO YOU DO TO STAY CALM WHEN A PROJECT IS NOT GOING AS PLANNED?

When I don’t get any ideas for a new project, I listen to music, go out to meet my friends and spend some time with them , give feedback to my other producer friends, and listen to many upcoming artist’s new music they have dropped.

7. DO YOU HAVE ANY INSIGHTS, TIPS, OR ADVICE FOR SOMEONE STARTING LOOKING TO START THEIR MUSIC CAREER AND LOOKING TO GET INTO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY?

Yes! Being a new producer who has a year’s experience, I still have advice for someone who is looking to start their music career. Always be consistent in dropping new music. The more consistent you are, the more chances of being heard by a new audience. Keep pushing yourself and believe in yourself that you can do it. Success is around the corner and if you have that passion, nobody can stop you from being a successful music producer or a music artist.

8. WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF IN YOUR CAREER SO FAR?

I am really proud of a lot of things;

I am really proud that my beats are now getting heard by people from all over the world. I know many upcoming artists who listen to my beats from New York, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Chicago, Canada, Nigeria, United Kingdom, and many more countries. Thanks to social media for getting my sound heard in many countries.

I am also really proud of not giving up because I also realized that I can actually make money from the beats I am making. I am proud of myself for making a decent amount of money that I have made in this 1st year of being a music producer.

Also I have reached a point where artists hit me up to get genuine feedback and support. I can say that they really like my feedback and the support I show towards them and make me feel that I am important as well.
