Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?
My latest releases are my new hit singles back to basics and skreetz. What motivated me to make them is my everyday life and the way I’m always looking to progress as well as show where I come from. They embody both.
What is unique about you and your music?
What’s unique about my music is its a vibe makes u want to dance do better in life it uplifts the listener and they can resonate with my songs.
What shaped your music?
What shaped my music was growing up in the trenches of saint louis. I grew up listening to lil Wayne Webbie boosie drake old school etc It made me well rounded as an artist.
When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?
I realized I would make music professionally 4 years ago when I dropped my first official music video. I always had the talent and decided to take it seriously. With my city behind me telling me to do so.
What type of music do you listen to?
I listen to all genres anything that sounds good has a nice vibe makes me want to get money or appreciate life.
What inspires you to write music?
What inspires me is the good and bad I have been through in my life the ups and downs. Being able to put my life pain joy thoughts all into songs is a release of stress in my life.
What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?
I run a marketing company called green flag account I am the ceo. I also am the ceo of my brand BTA (Be True Always) as well as SOON (something out of nothing)
Happiness to you is…
Financial freedom. Money is not everything but is a tool and I believe once bills are off the table stress is relieved and you can spend time with loved ones or be your true self. Find your true peace.
What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?
Stay independent don’t ask for help use the internet always listen and learn from what u see and hear. Don’t do things late do them when they come to mind and act on your thoughts as well as writing them down. Only surround yourself by like minded people.
Tell us about your upcoming projects…
My upcoming sophomore album will be releasing this summer after I drop a few more singles via my YouTube and All platforms. My title is (trench baby) it will be an 8-10 song album full of hits and vibes feel good music motivational music!
