Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?

The latest release is a song called “that ain’t my thot” featuring FL Dusa. We wanted to create a song and we vibed out in the studio with CUTTA classics OF OKC. The combination of energy together inspired the song. We honestly just wanted a hit and we worked till we felt we had one. The song is on all platforms and the video is scheduled to drop this week, directed by Life my ceo, set designed by Rocki my brand manager, and filmed by 8shotit.

What is unique about you and your music?

I’m a former stripper that channels my experiences into music. I love to dance and entertain so although I can deliver lyrically on any beat, I do consider my self an entertainer! “They call me they turn up queen because I’m going to turn up the vibes every where I go! What makes me unique is my unfiltered style. I’m ratchet and I’m not ashamed to give you me every time no matter where I am.

What shaped your music?

I grew up looking up to lil kim! Shes hard core and iconic in style. I grew up loving barbie dolls. Dressing them cute and accessorizing was the best part. When I was old enough to put on heels and style my self I was obsessed with everything Dante and Barbie. So I grew to even love Nicki Minaj for the giving us a Barbie world in the hip hop community. After becoming the person I am without thinking of music it was a easy transition into my artistry once I realized I was a dope rapper. My best friend inspired me to become a rapper after she saw the way I was coming and it’s just been up every since.

When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?

When my ceo of pure life ent saw my post on Facebook stating I was done rapping. At the time I was stripping and trying to pursue music without a team. But he gave he his word as to how he would push me and i began to take it seriously and I then leveled up to make this not a hobby but a career.

What type of music do you listen to?

I love all type of music. Old school new school rap r and b gospel. I literally and a walking jukebox when it comes to the music I listen to. It’s funny because I can recall riding in the car with my brand manager and she apologized to me thinking I wouldn’t like her playlist but every song she played I was singing like, that’s my jam. She’s like 10 years older then me so it caught her off guard that I loved some of the same music she did.

What inspires you to write music?

I like to talk about my experiences and I love to channel the music I grew up listening to

What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?

I’m always so busy with touring studio and preparing for studios and shows. The in between time is family time. I like to spend time with my kids my family and my pure life ent family

Happiness to you is…

Happiness to me is watching my self grow and just being my ratchet self without judgement. But hey, if u don’t like me I’m still happy. I just return the energy. Ion like you ether!!!

What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?

I wish I knew how quickly my life could change by connecting with the right people. My life changed so fast that the adjustments was a process.

Tell us about your upcoming projects…

Be on the look out for “that ain’t my thot video. The video feature fire pussy! Literally my featured dancer set her pussy on fire just for me. I also paid homage to lil kim my fave in the last scene. Follow me to stay up on the latest details cause my team have some big things planned for me.

Where do we find you music / music projects?

Detroit Barbie on all platforms is how u tap in to my music and social media. Google me!
