Drake has unveiled the Raptors’ 2018-19 championship ring. And it was nothing short of insane.
The Toronto Raptors kicked off the new NBA season on Tuesday by revealing their championship banner at Scotiabank Arena, and commissioner Adam Silver was on hand to hand out the Raptor’s historically huge championship rings.
It was also a special night for Raptors superfan and team brand ambassador Drake, who has his very own version of the Raptors’ ring. The “Behind Barz” rapper received an official title ring, which features over 650 individual diamonds and his the largest championship ring in NBA history – but he also designed his own ring, which features the Raptors’ old dinosaur logo.
Drake showed off the gaudy 2019 Finals ring on IG and captioned the photo “We Major.” He also gave his followers an up-close look at it via his IG story.

“This was a championship that was dear to his heart,” Arasheben said. “[Drake] wanted to create an over the top ring that not only paid homage to his city but that made a statement above and beyond anything else in history.”
