For C Lifestyle, music has always been a passion. Growing up in Washington D.C., the artist was inspired by the city’s rich musical history, particularly the local Go-Go scene. With a natural talent for picking up new skills, C Lifestyle began experimenting with music production at a young age.
C Lifestyle’s creativity is fueled by the experiences of his family. “My mother’s story of having a child at 19 and the challenges she faced shaped her and ultimately influenced my path,” he explains. “Seeing my sister work multiple jobs just to make ends meet also left an impact. Their struggles have driven me to pursue my dreams with all I have.”
When it comes to his creative process, C Lifestyle loves the technical aspects of music production. “I enjoy creating new presets and experimenting with different variations of my voice,” he says. “I think about the vibe the beat gives me and try to craft lyrics that match that feeling.”
Outside of the studio, C Lifestyle stays active in the local car scene and enjoys trading on the Forex market. But music remains his top priority. “I’m constantly working on new projects and refining my sound,” he says.
While C Lifestyle’s music is authentic to his experiences, he also leaves room for interpretation. “Some songs are freestyles, but others give insight into my lifestyle,” he explains. “I want my fans to connect with the emotion behind the music.”
As a new artist, C Lifestyle is focused on building his fanbase. “I want to create a community where fans can share their work, talk, and hang out with me,” he says. “Interaction with fans is a priority for me.”
Despite being new to the scene, C Lifestyle has already faced some challenges. “Anxiety is a constant battle, especially when releasing new music,” he admits. “I worry about negative attention and how it might shape people’s perception of me.”
For aspiring musicians, C Lifestyle offers this advice: “Don’t worry about what others think. If you like your music, that’s all that matters. Be ready to experiment and find your unique sound. The fans who connect with your work will find you.”
