While A$AP Rocky remains in the custody of Swedish Police, his manager becomes the subject of a search warrant.
Following a fight on the street, A$AP Rocky’s arrest made national news. After conflicting reports about his prison conditions, the rapper’s lawyer attempted to set some facts straight. Now, his manager joins the list of A$AP affiliates making news in regards to the criminal investigation.
According to Fox News, John Ehmann, manager for A$AP Rocky found his hotel room raided by Swedish police, holding a search warrant and demanding his phone. Their source claims that before 8:00 am Swedish time on July 12, four police entered the room to retrieve the mobile device.
Obtaining the phone surprised Ehmann, Fox News reports as he was nowhere near the site of the altercation. A$AP Rocky is due to remain in custody until at least July 19 when prosecutors must decide to drop the case or request an extension on the investigation. Friends and fans of A$AP Rocky launched an online petition calling for his immediate release.
