Adrien Broner is facing a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery, assault, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress following several alleged incidents connected to livestreams in Los Angeles.
The complaint was filed by a woman identified as Havana Saint, who also named streamer Nurideen Shabazz, known online as Deen the Great, and the streaming platform Kick as defendants. Saint alleges Broner and Shabazz engaged in “extreme and outrageous conduct exceeding all bounds tolerated in a civilized society” during a series of events between June 2 and June 8, 2026.
According to the lawsuit, Saint met Broner at an event in Los Angeles on June 2 before she and her friends were invited to an after-party at a residence in Encino. She claims Broner encouraged her to continue drinking until she became too intoxicated to drive home and later offered her a place to stay for the night.
Saint alleges that after she went to a bedroom to sleep, Broner repeatedly pressured her to engage in sexual activity despite her refusing several times. The complaint claims she told Broner she was not interested in men, but he continued making advances, exposed himself and allegedly grabbed her hand in an attempt to pressure her into sexual contact.
The lawsuit also describes additional encounters during the following days. Saint claims Broner continued attempting to kiss or touch her without permission and allegedly made comments during livestreams suggesting that the two had engaged in sexual activity. She maintains that no sexual relationship occurred and accuses him of making false statements about her to viewers.
During another alleged incident on June 8, Saint says Broner pulled or dragged her from a livestream content residence and pressured her to accompany him to his Encino home. She claims that after she rejected further sexual advances, Broner poured cold water on her the following morning while she was being shown on a livestream. Saint says the video was viewed by thousands of people and later reposted online, causing her humiliation and emotional distress.
Deen the Great is separately accused of defamation after allegedly telling viewers that Saint had been sexually involved with several people at the livestream residence. The complaint claims those statements were false and contributed to the emotional harm she says she experienced.
Saint is suing Broner for sexual battery and assault while pursuing claims against both Broner and Shabazz for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Kick is accused of negligence for allegedly failing to remove the content, investigate the reported conduct or suspend the accounts involved.
TMZ reported that it contacted Broner for comment but had not received a response. Complex also reported that Saint did not immediately respond to its request for additional comment. The claims remain allegations contained in a civil complaint, and no court has ruled on their merits.
