Dec 10, 2020, 03:54am EST — J. Cole celebrates the sixth anniversary of his album, 2014 Forest Hill Drive, by releasing the visuals for “Fire Squad.”

For weeks, fans have been speculating new material from J. Cole. He was reported to have dropped The Fall Off today, but it didn’t happen. If anything, Cole World has been promoting his PUMA sneaker heavy the past few weeks, rather than his music.

As a way to let fans know he hasn’t forgotten them, Cole takes it back to his 2014 Forest Hills Drive album with the unreleased visual to “Fire Squad.”

The five-minute clip, directed by BBGUN’s Maxim Bohichik, was shot in Kingston, Jamaica, and features Cole rapping his controversial lyrics about Eminem, Iggy Azalea, Justin Timberlake, and Macklemore.
