Coming off the back to back releases of the Soundcloud exclusive collab with Rick Ross and the recent single “Rags 2 Riches”, Lex is back with another single to ride to with “No Games”. The song addresses the concept of keeping it 100 and letting ladies know what the situation is, if they aren’t the only one and giving them the opportunity to “Choose their own adventure” as the artist puts it in the smooth, catchy hook.
Co-directed by Lex himself and TBT Entertainment Music Group artist and heir to the throne “King Kai, the video keeps it simple and plain while getting straight to the point as Lex navigates his relationship with two women all while keeping it 100 about their situation.
Throughout the video Lex goes back and forth with the ladies reassuring them that unlike other guys they have dated he always tells it like it is no matter the situation be it casual or longterm or even if there are other women. In one line he goes as far as to say “I rather have you aquanted and have you touching each other than feeding you both a lie and have you fighting in public”. As usual the word play and lyricism are on point and true to his roots as a Brooklyn MC. Lyrically this song is definitely not a let down. The track which was produced by up and coming producer Que for JeeJuh Productions is melodic and wavy keeping with Lex’s style and unique sound.
This is a definite must download for the ladies and the gents who aren’t quite sure if honesty is the best policy when it comes to the ladies.
