Footage obtained and shared by TMZ shows Offset hopping down into the crowd at a strip club and throwing a punch, though it’s not clear whether the punch actually landed.
Offset and Cardi B showed up at 3 am to party at Booby Trap On the River in Miami following their performance at LIV earlier in the evening. Cardi and Offset were both on stage with the dancers when a guy standing on the floor thought it would be a good idea to spray champagne on Cardi and others. After Cardi seemingly said something to the man, Offset jumped off the stage with his fist in the air, landing on the guy.
According to TMZ, Offset kept hitting the man until he was pulled off by security. Cardi and Offset reportedly left the club shortly afterward.
Earlier this week, Offset addressed reports of being detained at a shopping center in the Los Angeles area, stating it was all a matter of the wrong person being taken in.
“It was the wrong man . . . I was treated fairly, no cap,” he said. “Something happened. It wasn’t me though. I’m good. I’m just mad it touched the media like that. I was upset because I ain’t do nothing. I didn’t know what was going on. We good though.”
