New Music – ‘Letter 2 The Streets’ by YAARB is a Must Listen

YAARB's 'Letter 2 The Streets' is out now!

Letter 2 The Streets, YAARB‘s most recent album is a must listen this summer. He’s already setting the tone for what audiences can expect from him in the future, and is paving the way for his legacy to be set in stone. The six-song project is a storytelling masterpiece where YAARB recollects observations about his childhood from growing up in Compton, California.

“It’s okay to be yourself and love yourself,” YAARB says of the message behind his music.

In a recent interview, YAARB stated, “I absolutely feel that my background has played a major impact in my music because of the topics that I write about.” “I talk about what I’ve seen and heard – personal experiences and happenings in my city.”

Because YAARB is so open about what he has seen and experienced, listeners from all walks of life will be able to relate to and empathize with his words.

His project chronicles a number of situations that he witnessed, concentrating on the issue of not having to be a thug on the streets. Although the native of Compton, California, has had a rough existence, he has never shied away from expressing his experiences and how they have influenced him.

YAARB said, “I’m enthusiastic about music since many of us don’t know how to express our thoughts or communicate.” “I feel that the simplest method to do so is via music. One way to hear me is via music. My motivation for doing music is to show others that my voice can be heard.”

The finest song on the record, “Ghetto Gates,” which features THIIIRD, wonders if heaven has a ghetto. It’s a song that both showcases YAARB’s talents and expresses some of his thoughts about growing up in his hometown.

When asked about his future career goals, YAARB answered, “to tour the world.” I’d like to share my music and my voice with others who understand what I’m going through. I want everyone to see how powerful we are!”

Although the tape’s major focus is on his own personal experiences, YAARB wants listeners to take away the lesson that “it’s fine to be yourself and love yourself,” regardless of their settings or conditions.
