Growing up in Brooklyn, New York but later moving to Sarasota, Florida, independent artist King Chad, also known as Chadly Francois, is on the rise in the music industry. Inspired by artists like Nas, 2pac, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Prince, Jay Z, and Chris Brown, King Chad’s music consists of a variety of different sounds and genres. His music style is extremely unique, consisting of pop and alternative music, hip-hop, R&B, soulful music, boombap rap, Latin music, reggaeton, club music, storytelling, and lyricist.
His latest albums, singles, and EPs are composed to create powerful, loving, and fearless experiences that are told through his music. After being ranked top 30 in Iraq for his song “Classic,” the only thing from here is up. When asked about new music, King Chad states by saying “Maybe an R&B single towards the end of the year for the ladies,” as well as a single he’s planning to release in February after his studio album is finished.
